Broker's Comments
Approaching this boat for the first time I was impressed by her shear size and impressive lines. Walking around her underwater profile you can certainly appreciate that she was built to endure all conditions at sea.
Climbing aboard and walking around her deck it is clear that she is in need of some TLC, hard work and investment to bring her back to her former glory. But she has a very large usable deck space and an imposing wheelhouse. She also benefits from a large section of the bow being covered with a steel faring that could be used for many purposes should the vessel be used as a liveaboard.
The wheelhouse offers good visibility onto the deck and surrounding area. The rear accommodation section of the boat can also be accessed directly from the wheelhouse down a ladder.
The rear accommodation is primarily set up with crew berths, however, there is a large section in the stern area that could be converted into a number of uses.
The accommodation area in the bow section of the boat is the main living area fitted with a large table, seating and a log burner.
She also benefits from having a large skylight built into the companionway area leading down into the forward section of the vessel letting natural daylight flood through.
