Broker's Comments

A solid example of a Folkdancer 27, this boat has been owned by its current owner for the last two years but sadly time has not allowed her to be used as much as would have been liked.

Equipped with a very low hours (38) Beta Marine 15hp engine, the old one having been replaced by the owner prior to this one; the engine itself means this offers incredible value. A healthy inventory including chart plotter, VHF with DSC, new compass and plenty of fenders and warps plus a solid mast, standing rigging and sails means this boat could be put on the water and used without delay. Alternatively, work could be done whilst out of the water, such as recommissioning the manual water system, general DIY maintenance and cosmetic enhancements such as painting the top deck, varnishing the rails and a thorough clean, all work easily achieved by a competent DIYer.
