Broker's Comments

The Shetland 2250 is an incredibly versatile boat; she can be used for weekends away, fishing, or simply spending time on the water in the marina.

On inspection this boat appears to be in good condition as there is lots of evidence to suggest she has been well maintained and cared for.

Of particular note the engine was only serviced in January 2022 and has since only had around 10 hours of use, although she has been started to ensure everything works as it should, batteries charged and engine maintained.

The current owner has just had a brand new white cockpit canopy fitted and as you will see from the photos this really does make the boat stand out from the crowd.

Internally she is clean; the upholstery and headlinings appear to be in good condition and there is a small table in the centre.

On deck she is equally as nice; both forward seats can be adjusted to look forward of face the rear, the cockpit floor is teak and has been well maintained and to the rear there is a lovely U-shaped seating area.

Up at the helm she is equipped with a stereo, VHF radio, Garmin GPS and fish finder.

The engine is the largest that the boat can handle and so there is plenty of power when you need it most, but equally she will be happy and stable cruising along at 10 knots.

Finally, we have been informed that the owner's current berth at the marina is available to the new owner, however, this is not included in the price and further details of this are available on request.
