Broker's Comments
Yarmouth 23's were designed by Freeman and Wyatt (think Fishers), originally built in Yarmouth, but now built in Sri Lanka. This particular one was built in the Isle of Wight.
She appears to be in good condition with only slight evidence around the windows of a previous leak creating a stain on the interior this was the only thing I discovered that may need some cosmetic attention, Oh and maybe a hull polish. To be noted the teak deck looked in nice condition. The layout and amount of space inside is pure genius in design and practical thought. I specifically liked the stainless steel frame these boats are renowned for outside of the sprayhood - made it very comfortable to feel safe walking from cockpit to foredeck. A proper little pocket cruiser with traditional classic style and lines.
