1. Bids are NOT binding at this stage.
2. By placing a bid you are making an offer on a boat that is being brokered by Boatshed Yacht Brokerage Group.
3. You may add conditions to any bid at the time of any offer.
4. All boats at Boats are offered “subject to contract” and a cleared 10% deposit will be required to confirm any bid and to place the boat “under offer”.
5. Bids do not form the basis of a formal offer until a deposit is received.
6. 9. Boatbid.com and Boatshed.com reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. In the selection of the successful bid, Boatbid.com and Boatshed.com reserves the right to assign priority to any bid they choose, regardless of the amount.
