By using Boatbid.com you agree to our terms and conditions.

1. Bids are NOT binding at this stage.
2. By placing a bid you are making an offer on a boat that is being brokered by Boatshed Yacht Brokerage Group.
3. You may add conditions to any bid at the time of any offer.
4. All boats at Boats are offered “subject to contract” and a cleared 10% deposit will be required to confirm any bid and to place the boat “under offer”.
5. Bids do not form the basis of a formal offer until a deposit is received.
6. The particulars detailed on Boatbid and Boatshed websites are intended to give a fair description of the vessel but their accuracy cannot be guaranteed, any particulars are not a part of any contract or offer and are supplied on the understanding that all negotiations shall be through Boatshed Brokerages, who are acting as brokers for the vendor. The vendor is not selling in the course of a business unless otherwise stated. The prospective purchaser is strongly recommended to check the particulars and where appropriate, at his own expense, to employ qualified agents to carry out surveys, structural and/or mechanical & electrical.
7. ACCEPTANCE - If accepted, Boatshed shall notify the potential purchaser of such acceptance within ten(10) days of the closing date.
8. Boatbid.com and Boatshed.com does not assume any liability for injury or loss incurred in the inspection, removal, use or handling of the boat listed.
9. Boatbid.com and Boatshed.com reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. In the selection of the successful bid, Boatbid.com and Boatshed.com reserves the right to assign priority to any bid they choose, regardless of the amount.
